About the role#
We are looking for an External Planning Intern to join our team in Titusville, New Jersey. This is a full-time, paid internship that offers exposure to Large Molecule external manufacturing. You will work on-site and support our planning team with day-to-day operations and project-based improvements.
What you'll do#
- Support planning activities for assigned brands and manufacturing sites.
- Manage the end-to-end order process, including purchase orders, adjustments, and inventory depletion.
- Assist in delivering key performance indicators for the Global Planning Large Molecule Platform.
- Learn and use multiple ERP systems, such as SAP and OMP, to analyze supply chain data.
- Scope and lead a project from initial planning through to final implementation.
- Design and implement process improvements for the planning team.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program, specifically in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Computer Science.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to commute to the Titusville, New Jersey office.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
