About the role#
The Supplier Management and Operational Excellence (SMOx) team at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine manages the execution and operations of Patient Support Programs. As a co-op, you will support therapeutic areas across the North American portfolio to develop best practices and patient support solutions. This role runs from January 2027 through June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and deployment of a document management system, including managing SOP updates and approvals.
- Catalog supplier documents and assist with training and compliance monitoring.
- Use program analytics, performance dashboards, and voice of customer data to develop operational insights.
- Share best practices across therapeutic areas to improve supplier performance.
- Communicate and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective program execution.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, or MD degree program.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
- Ability to work full time (40 hours per week) for the full term.
- Permanent US work authorization without the need for sponsorship.
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Public Health, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Biomedical Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, and Communications.

- Term: Winter/Spring 2027 (January through June).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid position with an expected pay range of $23.50 to $52.50 per hour, based on program year, discipline, and experience.
