About the role#
The International Recruitment and Development Program (IRDP) is a leadership development internship designed for high-potential graduate students. As an intern, you will contribute to business objectives while receiving structured professional development, including formal leadership training, executive coaching, and access to a global alumni network. This program is intended to cultivate future leaders through real-world business challenges.
What you'll do#
- Lead significant business projects with real-life implications.
- Present your analysis and findings directly to senior leaders.
- Serve as an integral member of a cross-functional team.
- Participate in community-building activities with fellow interns.
- Engage in customized professional development planning and mentorship.
What you'll need#
- Currently in the first year of a full-time MBA or master’s degree program, with a graduation date after September 2026.
- At least three years of relevant professional experience prior to starting your current graduate program.
- Full-time availability for 8-12 weeks between June and September 2026.
- Fluency in English and the language of the country where the assignment is located.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in Canada without the need for sponsorship.
- Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to develop solutions using data-driven insights.
