About the role#
This internship provides professional support to the International and Air Operations department. You will gain experience in a corporate transportation environment while working 20 hours per week. This role is based in Jacksonville, Florida, and requires an 8-hour shift on Fridays.
What you'll do#
- Set up new customers and vendors in company systems.
- Finalize shipment files.
- Create revenue, volume, and purchased transportation reports for management.
- Assist with rate quotations.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior status in a university program.
- Academic focus in International Business Administration, Logistics, or International Relations.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international geography, including major cities and seaports.

- Compensation: $15 per hour.
