About the role#
This is a 9-week full-time summer internship based at our headquarters in Greenwich, Connecticut. You will work on back, middle, or front office projects while gaining exposure to the financial services industry. The program emphasizes hands-on learning through mentorship and collaboration within small teams. This position is on-site, Monday through Friday.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with experienced software engineers to design, build, and maintain software solutions.
- Manage your own project while providing regular updates to your team.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and share knowledge.
- Build high-performance, large-data research platforms.
- Work both independently and alongside team members to support our technology efforts.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS, MS, or Ph.D. program for Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Science.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028 is preferred.
- A minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Programming experience in C++, Java, or Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to set goals and manage shifting priorities.
