About the role#
This is a full-time, 9-week summer internship program based in Greenwich, Connecticut. You will work on back, middle, or front office projects while gaining exposure to the operations of a global brokerage firm. This program emphasizes hands-on learning through mentorship and direct contributions to our software platforms.
What you'll do#
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions by working alongside experienced engineers.
- Take ownership of your assigned project while collaborating with team members.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share technical knowledge.
- Build high-performance, large-data research platforms.
- Work in small groups to contribute to financial technology developments.
- Develop a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS, MS, or Ph.D. program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028 is preferred.
- A minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Programming experience in C++, Java, or Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
