About the role#
This 9-week internship program places students in departments such as Client Services, Compliance, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Audit, Treasury, Clearing, and Technical Support. You will work full-time on-site, Monday through Friday, gaining exposure to various areas of the business while receiving mentorship from experienced professionals.

- Contribute to real projects within your assigned department.
- Participate in a hands-on learning program.
- Engage in Lunch and Learn sessions to build your professional network.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university at the Junior, Senior, or Graduate level.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028 is preferred.
- Overall GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
