About the role#
This 9-week internship program places you within the legal team at our Greenwich headquarters. You will gain hands-on experience with regulatory frameworks and enforcement mechanisms while working alongside legal professionals. This is a full-time, on-site role running Monday through Friday.
What you'll do#
- Assist attorneys with research on regulatory requirements and enforcement precedents.
- Prepare legal memoranda, briefs, and other documents related to regulatory matters.
- Monitor regulatory developments and compliance issues.
- Gather and organize evidence for enforcement proceedings.
- Prepare for administrative hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
- Conduct document review and analysis for regulatory investigations.
- Draft correspondence to regulatory agencies and other stakeholders.
- Support the development of compliance policies and procedures.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in law school or a related field, such as Political Science, Business Administration, Communications, Philosophy, or Criminal Justice.
- A basic understanding of administrative law and regulatory compliance.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine interest in regulatory law and enforcement proceedings.
- Availability for the full 9-week on-site commitment.
