About the role#
This is a 9-week, full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2027. You will work within our security operations to protect critical infrastructure and sensitive data. This role provides hands-on experience in a regulated financial environment and mentorship from our security engineers.
What you'll do#
- Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity solutions alongside our engineering team.
- Manage your own security projects while collaborating with team members for guidance.
- Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and threat monitoring.
- Prepare threat models and execute test cases for penetration testing.
- Compile penetration testing reports and improve testing processes.
- Set up infrastructure for red teaming and penetration testing.
- Learn to test web and mobile applications.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related degree program.
- A minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Preference for students graduating between December 2027 and May 2028.
- A basic understanding of network and application security concepts.
- Familiarity with common security tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- An interest in financial technology security.
