About the role#
This Engineering Co-Op position at Hubbell Incorporated is a 10 to 12-week program designed to provide students with corporate experience. You will gain exposure to manufacturing, new product design, quality, and continuous improvement. This is a paid, full-time opportunity for Summer 2026.
What you'll do#
- Apply classroom knowledge to real-world tasks.
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Work on value-added projects independently and within teams.
- Present your project outcomes to the local management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
