About the role#
The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week summer program. It offers students corporate experience and a look into the business. You will work on projects that add value to the team while building your professional skills. At the end of the program, you will deliver a presentation to the local management team.
What you'll do#
- Identify sales growth opportunities by reviewing utility specifications.
- Develop analytics to evaluate new product approvals and sales performance.
- Support pricing intelligence and identify market trends to inform commercial strategy.
- Assist with process improvement and manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating with colleagues.
- Gain knowledge of the industry and build professional relationships across the business.
- Apply classroom knowledge to practical, on-the-job tasks.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university during the internship period (May-August 2027).
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Operations Management.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
