About the role#
This internship offers a 10 to 12-week experience during the summer of 2027. You will work on-site at our Mayville, Wisconsin facility. The program is designed to help you gain corporate experience and apply your academic knowledge to real manufacturing projects.
What you'll do#
- Develop and implement quality control plans for high-volume manufacturing lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand production processes and identify key process controls.
- Create standardized control plan templates to support consistent quality.
- Assist with process improvement and manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while providing support to co-workers.
- Present your project outcomes to the local management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the summer of 2027.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
