About the role#
This internship provides corporate experience within the Marketing department at Hubbell Incorporated. You will spend 10 to 12 weeks working on projects that prepare you for a professional career. You will focus on researching, developing, and validating customer and decision-maker personas across key market segments including utilities, distributors, contractors, and end users.
What you'll do#
- Build a scalable customer intelligence framework using market research, customer feedback, business intelligence, and stakeholder interviews.
- Support strategic initiatives across Customer Intelligence, Revenue Operations, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, and Product Management.
- Apply academic knowledge to on-the-job projects and develop technical skills specific to your major.
- Manage multiple overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Assist with process improvement and provide support to your team.
- Present your project findings to the local management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Economics.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
- Familiarity with software and systems such as Qualtrics is helpful.
