About the role#
Harrison Street is hiring for the Transactions Analyst program starting in Summer 2027. This position is structured as a two-and-a-half-year program. Strong performers have the opportunity to remain with the company and move into an Associate role after the term ends. You will work directly with senior investment professionals to evaluate and execute new deals.
What you'll do#
- Build financial models to analyze new real estate investment opportunities.
- Conduct industry research and perform due diligence on potential investments.
- Prepare and present materials for the Investment Committee.
- Assist senior management in the execution and closing of transactions.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Academic background in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to summarize analysis concisely.
- A self-starter mindset capable of managing significant responsibility with minimal supervision.
- Genuine interest in real estate, finance, investing, or private equity.
- Current U.S. work authorization.
