About the role#
As a Software Engineer Intern, you will join a 10-week summer program within the Enterprise Technology Services organization. You will contribute to real-world technology projects that support our customers and colleagues. Interns are aligned to scrum teams across various areas, including backend, frontend, cloud, mobile, and AI engineering. You will gain experience in how products are designed, developed, tested, and delivered in a global enterprise environment.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to an Agile scrum team by developing, testing, and improving software applications.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
- Explore emerging AI-powered developer tools and automation capabilities.
- Partner with Product Managers and Senior Engineers to understand requirements.
- Participate in social events and community service opportunities with fellow interns.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or Cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated experience using one or more programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, Go, or Kotlin.
- Foundational understanding of computer science concepts including data structures and algorithms.
- Interest in building software applications across web, mobile, backend, cloud, API, or full-stack environments.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices such as version control and Agile methodologies.
