About the role#
This internship program offers undergraduate students the opportunity to work within the Finance organization. Interns will be placed in one of several functional areas, including Corporate Planning and Analysis, Global Commercial Services Finance, US Consumer Services Finance, Global Merchant and Network Finance, Controllership, or Global Treasury. You will be assigned a project focused on solving a real business challenge to gain practical experience in financial operations and strategy.
What you'll do#
- Provide analysis and decision support to the Finance organization.
- Gather and analyze information from diverse sources to identify trends and explain their impact on the business.
- Learn to articulate financial decisions clearly to gain buy-in from stakeholders.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of business needs.
- Hone analytical acumen and communication skills by tailoring complex messages for various audiences.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time bachelor’s degree program with a graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029.
- Academic focus in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Ability to analyze and manipulate large amounts of data to generate insights and recommendations.
- Strategic thought leadership and the creativity to synthesize data into clear narratives.
- A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Programming skills are considered a plus.
- Employment eligibility to work in the United States without company visa sponsorship.
