About the role#
This Co-Op position joins the Oncology Global Medical Affairs team. You will support the adoption of artificial intelligence and digital tools to improve how the team works. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how AI accelerates medical excellence in a global pharmaceutical environment. You will work in a remote setting alongside cross-functional teams to help them work more effectively and in an insight-driven way.
What you'll do#
- Support the practical application of AI and productivity tools, with a focus on Microsoft Copilot.
- Help design, build, and test lightweight AI agents and applications, including those in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Assist with testing, documenting, and refining AI-supported workflows to streamline manual tasks.
- Organize, summarize, and structure scientific and medical information to improve accessibility.
- Support digital engagement, analytics, and content-intelligence activities, including KPI tracking and reporting.
- Assist with change-management initiatives, including the preparation of training materials and guides to help teams adopt new tools.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or institution pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree.
- A minimum GPA of 2.8.
- Authorization to work in Canada without current or future sponsorship requirements.
- Fantastic oral and written communication skills.
- An interest in healthcare, life sciences, technology, analytics, or communications.
- Ability to work 37.5 hours per week.
