About the role#
This is a remote internship within the Founders' Office at HexCoded. You will work on growth, product testing, and market analysis. This role is paid and full-time with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Run outbound and paid experiments from start to finish. You will own campaigns, build lists, write copy, and analyze performance.
- Manage the user funnel from signup to the first paid render. You will identify drop-off points and provide specific feedback to help us improve the process.
- Engage directly with users through calls and chat to gather feedback. You will report their actual input to the team.
- Test products before they are released to customers. You will identify bugs and advocate for necessary changes.
- Track tools and competitors in the AI space. You will monitor their costs and capabilities to understand how they compare to our offerings.
- Handle ad-hoc operational tasks, which may include managing vendors, spreadsheets, or hiring pipelines.
What you'll need#
- You are an AI generalist who uses these tools daily and has built projects with them. The ability to write basic code with model assistance is helpful.
- High agency. You take ownership of problems and complete tasks without needing constant follow-up.
- Comfort with numbers and data. You are willing to analyze performance and accept when the data shows a campaign is not working.
- Clear, concise writing skills. Your communication should be brief and actionable.
- A preference for speed. You prioritize shipping multiple rough iterations over spending long periods on a single perfect project.
- You are a final-year student or a 2026 graduate. We accept degrees in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
Location & details#
- This position is fully remote.
- This is a full-time internship with a rolling start date.
