About the role#
The HR Projects Intern supports the St. Luke's network through a mix of independent tasks and team collaboration. This position focuses on recruitment, internal and external communication strategies, and project management. The role is paid and offers a hybrid work schedule with 16 to 30 hours per week, providing flexibility around your academic classes.
What you'll do#
- Manage communication plans for career navigation initiatives.
- Assist with the summer internship program, including event planning and hosting.
- Write email campaigns and design flyers or social media content for career events.
- Design and distribute educational partnership newsletters.
- Edit written materials including presentations and flyers.
- Assist with data management, data collection, and tracking survey feedback.
- Attend career fairs and recruitment events to represent the network.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a two or four-year college or university, or status as a recent graduate.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Creative skills, with a preference for experience in Canva or similar design software.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

- Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (in-person and virtual).
- Term: This internship is anticipated to span 12 months, beginning in Fall 2026 and continuing through Fall 2027.
