About the role#
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) department offers an opportunity to work with a team focused on creating a safe and inclusive workplace. You will help build an environment where employees feel welcome and share a sense of belonging. This internship provides experience in the sports and live entertainment business.
What you'll do#
- Support DEI programs and Employee Network Group (ENG) initiatives.
- Maintain and audit DEI and ENG resources, including company intranet pages, SharePoint sites, and communication channels.
- Research, propose, and support employee engagement campaigns, such as volunteer hour tracking and recognition programs.
- Develop and execute internal communications, content calendars, and awareness campaigns for cultural observances.
- Collect data from Employee Network Group events and attend planning meetings to assist with programming.
- Source, vet, and curate content for diverse subjects requested by various departments.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Sociology, or Psychology.
- Interest in sports and live entertainment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multi-task and manage work under pressure.

- Location: Los Angeles, California.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Commitment: Minimum of 18 hours per week.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.
- Note: This is a paid, part-time position that does not offer work visa sponsorship.
