About the role#
This internship supports the optimization of digital experiences at PrimeLending. You will work on data analysis, quality assurance, content governance, and marketing operations. The role involves maintaining organized documentation and processes while assisting with digital marketing initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Develop and maintain website content taxonomies and governance documentation.
- Map customer journeys to find ways to improve digital experiences.
- Perform quality assurance for websites, content, campaigns, and analytics.
- Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and data organization.
- Research and test approved AI tools to automate marketing operations.
- Document your experiments, findings, and recommendations.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Rising Senior status in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with PowerBI is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as a self-starter and manage your time effectively.
- Must have authorization to work for any employer in the US without requiring sponsorship.
