About the role#
The Operations Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship designed to give you the same exposure as a first-year analyst. You will work as a full member of the team, collaborating with colleagues at all levels through seminars and discussion groups. You will be paired with a peer and a senior mentor to guide your experience. This is a non-rotational, full-time, on-site role based in New York.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate client onboarding for Global Markets and Investment Banking.
- Apply transformation methodology, including creating project documentation and facilitating working groups.
- Perform department-level management reporting.
- Oversee settlement and corporate action processing to mitigate operational risk and meet regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk reviews of business customers to support KYC standards.
- Manage trade validation, risk management, P&L reconciliation, and collateral operations.
- Build working relationships and uphold the firm's values.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Finance, graduating in May or June 2028 or 2029.
- Strong academic performance with a high GPA.
- Ability to understand financial products.
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Compensation: $70,000 annualized base salary, eligible for overtime.
