About the role#
As a Talent Acquisition Operations Intern, you will gain professional experience and insight into the aviation industry. You will work alongside professionals to complete meaningful projects and learn about our business philosophy and internal tools.
What you'll do#
- Manage and complete assigned department projects in a timely manner.
- Partner with a department mentor to set goals and track your progress.
- Develop a practical understanding of NetJets operations, methodologies, and tools.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program working toward a Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, including experience with spreadsheets, tracking, and analysis.
- Strong organizational skills and a task-oriented mindset.
- Clear, professional communication skills for both written and verbal interactions.
- Ability to build relationships and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and experience with internet research.

- Location: Columbus, Ohio.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 1, 2027 to August 6, 2027).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
