About the role#
The Internal Audit Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience within the Corporate Infrastructure division. You will work as a full member of the team, focusing on risk identification, control testing, and business risk monitoring. This is not a rotational program. You will be paired with a peer and a senior mentor to help integrate you into the firm.
What you'll do#
- Participate in all phases of audit engagements including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
- Conduct research using professional literature and industry resources.
- Review and interpret internal policies and external regulations.
- Support data analytics and testing procedures.
- Engage with business stakeholders during meetings and process walkthroughs.
- Document and analyze test results.
- Present findings to audit leadership.
- Contribute to developing audit recommendations and action plans.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Preference for majors in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or English, though all majors are considered.
- No requirement for sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or in the future.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A basic understanding of financial products.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- A collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous learning.

- Compensation: This is a paid position with an annualized base salary of $70,000. It is a non-exempt role eligible for overtime pay.
