About the role#
ORIX Corporation USA is hiring an intern to support the Internal Audit team. This position is based in our Dallas, Texas office. You will work on audit testing, documentation, and process tracking while interacting with managers, employees, and external clients.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate and track PBC requests in Optro.
- Communicate with process owners to follow up on outstanding items.
- Organize documentation for audit testing.
- Complete audit testing for assigned areas.
- Report status updates and issues to the Internal Audit team.
- Assist in drafting audit findings, reports, and recommendations.
- Monitor the status of open audit findings.
- Perform administrative tasks like time entry and file organization.
- Maintain relationships with internal staff and external clients.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student entering your senior year.
- Major in accounting or finance.
- Completed relevant coursework.
- Strong interest in an audit career.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other specialized software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and mathematical skills.
- Attention to detail and a deadline-driven mindset.
- Ability to learn independently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Location: Dallas, Texas.
- Term: Winter 2027 (February to May).
- Work Modality: Hybrid (3 days in-office minimum).
- Employment Type: Full-time.
