About the role#
The Technology Summer Analyst Program within Global Execution Services Technology is a 10-week internship. You will work on high-performance trading platforms that power electronic execution capabilities. You will join the team as a full member, working alongside professionals to build systems that handle millions of daily transactions. You will be paired with a buddy and a senior mentor throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Develop and integrate applications for direct use by business stakeholders.
- Own critical components of applications through hands-on development.
- Collaborate with QA teams to perform unit and integration testing.
- Work with business analysts to understand project scope and requirements.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields in the United States.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Outstanding academic qualifications and a strong GPA.
- Familiarity with programming languages including Java and Python.
- Experience with Web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, JSP, or ASP.
- Knowledge of Unix Shell or Perl scripting.
- A solid foundation in logical and analytical data structures.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand financial products.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
