About the role#
The Quantitative Risk Management Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship designed to integrate participants as full members of the team. You will work alongside experienced professionals, including peers and senior mentors, to gain hands-on experience in risk oversight. This program provides exposure to the firm's risk management functions and is a primary pipeline for full-time recruiting.
What you'll do#
- Develop or improve risk models to quantify potential losses at the trade and portfolio level.
- Review model documentation and evaluate conceptual soundness.
- Analyze model assumptions and limitations.
- Process data and perform statistical analyses.
- Benchmark model outputs against alternative approaches.
- Support the preparation of validation reports and document findings for senior team members and stakeholders.
- Form effective working relationships across the firm.
- Demonstrate commitment to the firm's goals and values.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-graduate degree program in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- A motivated, self-starting approach with a working knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work on-site in the United States without company-provided visa sponsorship.

- Compensation: $95,000 annualized base salary (non-exempt, eligible for overtime).
