Before we publish anything, we ask one question: would we be proud to show this exact article to a university career-services director? Yours should clear that bar.
- Original and exclusive, not published anywhere else, now or later
- 1,200 to 2,000 words: long enough to be useful, and no longer
- Specific and actionable, with real examples over generic advice
- Well-structured, with clear subheadings, short paragraphs, and a point in every section
- Claims backed by authoritative, current sources
- Written by a person, with no AI-spun filler

Links are for readers, not rankings
We are glad to give you a byline and a place to point readers to your work. We are not a backlink service, so the rules here are firm.
- No promotional, self-promotional, affiliate, or product links in the article body
- You may cite one or two authoritative, non-competing sources where they genuinely back up a claim
- One link in your author bio: your LinkedIn or personal site
- Every external link is published with rel="nofollow", and we may edit or remove links at our discretion

We review complete drafts rather than pitches, so send the whole article. A person reads every submission.
