About the role#
The Technology Summer Analyst Program in Risk Technology is a 10-week internship designed to give you hands-on experience as a full member of our team. You will work alongside professionals at all levels, supported by a dedicated buddy and a senior mentor. This program serves as a primary pipeline for our full-time hiring.
What you'll do#
- Develop and integrate applications used directly by business stakeholders.
- Own critical application components through hands-on development.
- Work with QA teams to complete unit and integration testing.
- Partner with Business Analysts to define project scope and requirements.
- Use AI and machine learning to build tools for risk analytics, workflow automation, and data-driven decision making.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Computer Science or a related field within the United States.
- A graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A strong GPA and outstanding academic record.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java and Python, plus Web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, JSP, ASP, or Unix Shell and Perl scripting.
- A solid foundation in logical data structures and hands-on problem solving.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- The ability to understand financial products and a meticulous approach to your work.
- Current authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid, full-time position with an annualized base salary between $95,000 and $105,000, depending on your degree program level. It is a non-exempt role eligible for overtime pay.
