About the role#
EquipmentShare is hiring an intern for the Procure to Pay department for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the company headquarters in Columbia, Missouri. You will work Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
What you'll do#
- Support special projects within the Procure to Pay department.
- Build Looker dashboards to help measure KPIs and improve processes.
- Manage the repository for standard operating procedures, including documentation and testing.
- Work on a project to optimize the AP monthly reversing accrual entry for unprocessed invoices.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Familiarity with AP and accounting principles, as well as Treasury and Finance concepts.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward new challenges.
- Knowledge of SQL or Python is preferred but not required.
