About the role#
Technology Delivery Analyst Interns join a formal program designed to build business and industry knowledge. You will work with cross-functional teams to contribute to projects, analyze data, and support solutions that address organizational needs. Throughout the 10-week program, you will gain hands-on experience while receiving guidance from a mentor and manager. You will also participate in networking opportunities, professional development workshops, and volunteer activities.
What you'll do#
- Own specific components of project work and deliverables.
- Conduct research and analyze information to develop recommendations for business decisions.
- Support departmental initiatives that improve business outcomes and the member experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and technical areas.
- Develop and deliver a final presentation to department leadership.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all company policies, including HIPAA and Corporate Integrity standards.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree as a rising senior.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Major in information technology, information systems, cybersecurity, project management, or computer science. Other majors may be considered.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Interest in the healthcare payer industry or starting a career in IT.
- Prior technical internship, leadership, or volunteer experience is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based in Downers Grove, Illinois.
- The role follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation to be in the office at least three days per week.
- You must be available for the full duration of the 10-week program.
