About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship based in Richardson, Texas. You will join a formal program designed to build your business and industry knowledge while you contribute to real-world projects. You will work alongside cross-functional teams in areas like Information Security, Infrastructure, and Product Engineering to support business objectives and member-focused solutions.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to project work and take ownership of specific deliverables with guidance from a mentor and manager.
- Analyze data and research to develop recommendations that inform business decisions.
- Learn and apply organizational processes and technologies, including emerging Artificial Intelligence capabilities.
- Support departmental initiatives that improve business outcomes.
- Develop and deliver a final presentation to department leadership covering your project, results, and findings.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, and corporate integrity policies.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree as a rising senior with a major in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Project Management.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability for the full 10-week duration of the program.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Practical experience with Office 365 and virtual collaboration tools.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in Information Security, Infrastructure, or Product Engineering is a plus.
- Knowledge of schedule tracking, status reporting, and risk management is a plus.
- Experience with AI and Generative AI tools is a strong plus.

- Modality: Hybrid (expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week).
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $19.13 - $34.17 per hour.
