About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in the healthcare payer industry. You will join cross-functional teams to support business objectives and contribute to real IT infrastructure initiatives. The program includes orientation, professional development workshops, and networking opportunities with company leadership.
What you'll do#
- Create and deliver entry-level IT infrastructure initiatives.
- Review infrastructure playbooks and suggest modifications.
- Analyze data and conduct research to develop recommendations for business decisions.
- Own specific components of project work with guidance from mentors.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to support departmental goals.
- Develop and deliver a final presentation to department leadership.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and corporate integrity policies.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree with rising senior status.
- Major in computer science, information technology, information systems, or a related field.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and virtual collaboration tools.
- Interest in IT systems, cloud platforms, or automation tools is a plus.
- Prior technical internship or work experience is preferred.

- Modality: Hybrid (minimum of three days per week in the office).
