About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship program based in Chicago. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze data and support business solutions. You will be assigned a mentor and manager to guide your project work as you learn our internal processes and technologies. You must maintain confidentiality and follow all compliance policies including HIPAA.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to project work and analyze information to develop recommendations.
- Own specific project components and deliverables.
- Collaborate with teams across business and technical areas.
- Support initiatives that improve business outcomes and the client experience.
- Develop and deliver a final presentation to department leadership.
- Participate in program activities including orientation, networking, and professional workshops.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a rising senior pursuing a bachelor degree in information technology, information security, computer science, or information systems.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability for the full 10-week program duration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with tracking information, project management, or reporting status.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and virtual collaboration tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written formats.

- Work Modality: Hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
