About the role#
The Technology Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship within the Global Execution Services Technology team. You will work on high-performance trading platforms that support electronic execution. This role involves direct interaction with the front office to build systems that manage millions of daily transactions. You will participate as a full member of the team, working alongside a buddy and a senior mentor.
What you'll do#
- Develop and integrate applications for direct use by business stakeholders.
- Own critical components of applications and participate in hands-on development.
- Collaborate with QA teams to conduct unit and integration testing of your deliverables.
- Work with business analysts to understand project scope and requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or a related field within the United States, with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Outstanding academic qualifications and a strong GPA.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Java and Python.
- Experience with Web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, JSP, or ASP, and Unix Shell or Perl scripting.
- A solid foundation in logical and analytical data structures.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- The ability to understand financial products.
- You must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States, as sponsorship is not provided for this position.

- Compensation: This is a paid, full-time internship with an annualized base salary between $95,000 and $105,000, depending on your degree program.
