About the role#
EquipmentShare is looking for an intern to join the Procure-to-Pay team at our headquarters in Columbia, Missouri. This is a full-time, paid position for the Summer of 2027. You will work on-site Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
What you'll do#
- Build Looker dashboards to help measure KPIs and improve internal processes.
- Document and test standard operating procedures and manage the associated repository.
- Assist with a project to optimize the accounts payable monthly reversing accrual entry for unprocessed invoices.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- You maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- You have a strong desire to take on new challenges and maintain a positive attitude.
- You possess solid communication skills.
- You have knowledge of accounting principles, accounts payable, and treasury functions.
- Experience with SQL or Python is helpful but not required.
