About the role#
We are looking for a student to join our Learning and Development department as a Learning Systems Intern. You will support the strategy, maintenance, and daily operations of our learning management system, Docebo. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbia, Missouri, for the winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Support the configuration and day-to-day operation of our learning management system and related technologies.
- Ensure all learning platforms perform well and remain available to our team.
- Improve the user experience and usability of our learning tools.
- Work with HR and business leaders to build custom reports and dashboards.
- Analyze learning data to improve content and program effectiveness.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees and administrators.
- Identify new features and system improvements.
- Maintain professional relationships with internal departments and field employees.
- Ensure all learning data and content delivery follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a BS degree in a related field with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Knowledge of IT systems, learning management software, and project management tools.
- Proficiency with PC and Mac operating systems, iPhones, and iPads.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A self-starter mindset and a strong work ethic.
