About the role#
As a Tax Intern, you will work with our tax teams to deliver tax advice and planning strategies. You will gain exposure to tax consulting by participating in projects and performing tasks that contribute to team goals. This role focuses on learning our methodologies and developing your professional skills through hands-on experience.
What you'll do#
- Support tax teams in delivering tax advice and planning strategies.
- Participate in the preparation and review of corporate tax returns and compliance documents.
- Assist in the analysis of tax regulations to optimize tax positions and minimize risks.
- Engage in international tax planning and multistate tax compliance activities.
- Conduct tax research to support consulting projects.
- Collaborate with team members to develop tax models and structures for clients.
- Contribute to the preparation of tax provisions and audits to validate compliance.
- Observe and learn from experienced tax professionals.
- Apply data analytics to identify opportunities for tax optimization and efficiency.
- Support the development of regulatory compliance consulting strategies.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- At least a 3.0 overall GPA.
- Meet educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam before starting full-time.
- Preference for a 3.5 overall GPA.

- Compensation: $29.25 - $48.00 per hour.
