About the role#
This is a full-time Senior Associate Intern position for Summer 2027. You will work within the Advisory practice to support capital projects and infrastructure initiatives. The role involves managing workstreams and developing deliverables to help clients achieve their objectives. You will also mentor junior team members and build relationships with clients.
What you'll do#
- Manage capital projects and infrastructure initiatives.
- Use analytical thinking to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Apply project management techniques to oversee project controls, budgetary management, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance delivery and optimize resources.
- Create presentations using data visualization software.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Monitor project performance and provide feedback to improve operational efficiency.
- Practice active listening and maintain intellectual curiosity.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or completion of a Master of Business Administration degree.
- At least 3 years of work experience.
- Status as one year away from graduation of your MBA program at the time of application.
Location & details#
- Location: Rosemont, Illinois.
- Modality: On-site.
- Travel: Up to 20%.
- Compensation: $84,000 to $202,000 annually, prorated for the internship duration.
