About the role#
As a Sustainability Strategy Senior Associate Intern, you will work with clients to develop and implement strategies that promote sustainable growth. You will focus on areas such as carbon accounting, climate finance, and environmental policy. This role involves building client connections and delivering tailored solutions to address complex sustainability challenges.
What you'll do#
- Analyze complex sustainability challenges and develop strategic solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to guide them toward sustainable growth.
- Conduct maturity assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability processes.
- Use analytical thinking to break down complex ideas for informed decision-making.
- Engage in data analysis to support sustainability initiatives and reporting.
- Design climate change adaptation programs to mitigate risks.
- Apply intellectual curiosity to explore innovative approaches in strategy development.
- Facilitate teamwork to achieve project goals.
- Demonstrate learning agility by adapting to new conditions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master of Business Administration degree.
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- You must be one year away from graduation of your MBA program at the time of application.
