About the role#
This is a summer internship for the Financial Services Sector Operations team. You will join client service teams to support advisory projects focused on business operations and process improvement. The role involves research, project coordination, and data analysis to help solve complex problems for clients in banking, insurance, and asset management.
What you'll do#
- Gather information from business processes, workflow documents, and stakeholder discussions to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in creating presentations, working papers, and status updates for internal and client-facing meetings.
- Participate in process mapping, data review, and operational documentation to learn consulting delivery methods.
- Use digital tools and AI-enabled resources to organize information, summarize findings, and handle routine tasks.
- Contribute to analyses of operating models and service delivery methods.
- Track project tasks and deliverables while escalating risks or questions to your team.
- Observe client interactions and apply feedback to build your professional judgment and commercial awareness.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or completion of a Master's of Business Administration degree.
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- You must be one year away from graduation of your MBA program at the time of application.

- Compensation: Paid position with an annual salary range of $84,000 to $202,000, prorated for the duration of employment.
