About the role#
As an Audit Intern, you will join our Assurance practice to gain hands-on experience with financial statement audits. You will work alongside experienced auditors to support client engagements, learn our methodologies, and contribute to the accuracy and transparency of financial reporting. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Oklahoma City for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Support audit teams during financial statement audits.
- Review and verify financial documents to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and assist in decision-making processes.
- Document audit findings and maintain organized project records.
- Apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) to daily tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to assess risk factors and monitor financial trends.
- Contribute to the evaluation of internal controls.
- Use data analysis skills to support audit quality.
- Observe and learn from experienced professionals to build your understanding of client interactions.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or completion of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- A minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Eligibility to meet the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment before starting a full-time role.
- Current standing as a third-year student in a four-year program or a fourth-year student in a five-year program.

- Compensation: $29.25 to $48.00 per hour, depending on skills and qualifications.
