About the role#
As an Accounting Advisory Intern at Crowe, you will join the Advisory Practice to help clients address complex business needs. You will analyze data to deliver tailored business and technology solutions while gaining hands-on experience in a professional services environment. This is a full-time, paid internship opportunity for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Support financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Transform accounting processes and implement new accounting standards.
- Conduct fieldwork and prepare workpapers to support your conclusions.
- Discuss findings with client management and develop clear, professional reports.
- Advise clients on enhancing internal controls and assessing financial and operational risk.
What you'll need#
- Current college junior status, pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
- On track to meet CPA eligibility (150 credit hours) by graduation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort using data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.
- Relevant work experience through internships, part-time jobs, or campus involvement.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well both independently and in teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning and a willingness to travel.
