About the role#
As a Salesforce Implementation Intern, you will join our consulting practice to support project delivery. You will gain hands-on experience with client requirements, solution design, and system configuration while working alongside experienced consultants, project managers, and developers. This role focuses on building technical and business skills within the Salesforce ecosystem.
What you'll do#
- Attend client discovery sessions to document business needs, pain points, and process gaps.
- Translate discovery findings into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Analysts, Developers, and Consultants to resolve questions and support project progress.
- Write test scripts for internal and client end-to-end testing, and participate in validating results.
- Assist in preparing status updates, client communications, and project tracking documents.
- Support senior team members during client workshops and project meetings.
- Contribute to Salesforce configuration tasks, such as managing objects, fields, page layouts, and reports.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively within project teams and manage assigned tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and professional communication with team members and clients.
- Commitment to working toward Salesforce certifications.

- Compensation: Paid internship ($27.00 - $42.00 per hour).
