About the role#
As a ServiceNow Implementation Intern within the Consulting Practice, you will help clients solve business challenges through the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. You will work alongside senior team members to develop scalable solutions that improve operating performance and streamline technology-enabled processes. This role offers hands-on experience across various ServiceNow applications, including IRM, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and Security Operations.
What you'll do#
- Support the configuration, customization, and administration of ServiceNow applications across multiple modules.
- Assist with solution design workshops, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and end-user training.
- Participate in business process analysis and help translate client needs into ServiceNow-enabled solutions.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and implementation steps.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as meeting notes, tracking action items, and status reports.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, International Relations, Business Administration, or Data Science.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with the flexibility to take ownership of tasks.
- Interest in cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
