About the role#
As an Audit Intern for Summer 2027, you will gain exposure to the auditing profession and the daily responsibilities of an auditor. You will work alongside experienced professionals on client engagements, receiving guidance and insight into issues affecting the industry. This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
What you'll do#
- Audit client financials, transactions, and internal control processes.
- Collaborate with a diverse group of audit professionals on client engagements.
- Use audit tools and technologies to perform data analysis and process flow automation.
- Work on benefit plan audits, including 401(k), pension, and employee stock ownership plans.
- Deliver exceptional client service while working on engagements across industries like manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a similar field.
- Must be scheduled to meet the educational requirements for CPA licensure.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with data analytics is strongly desired.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
