About the role#
As a Cybersecurity Intern at Crowe, you will join our Consulting Practice to help clients assess and refine their information security posture. You will work alongside experienced security professionals, gaining hands-on experience in technology implementations and regulatory compliance. This role involves active participation in client engagements and provides a foundation for your professional growth in the information security field.
What you'll do#
- Help clients assess and improve their information security posture.
- Develop your technical skill set through direct project work.
- Work side by side with experienced security professionals at client sites.
- Take ownership of client relationships as you grow in the role.
- Contribute to account strategy and support the delivery of high-impact work.
- Communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Science.
- Knowledge of Information Technology fundamentals, including network services, routing and switching, system administration, database administration, and cloud systems.
- Familiarity with Information Security standards, such as risk management, security engineering, network infrastructure security, and compliance frameworks.
- Technical writing skills using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to independently manage time and prioritize tasks.
- A passion for information security and a willingness to share knowledge.

- Compensation: $27.00 - $42.00 per hour.
