About the role#
This internship offers a look at how Goldenvoice operates behind the scenes. You will support the accounting team with account reconciliations and variance analysis for our venues. This role requires a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Enter artist settlement documents and support account reconciliations.
- Process Accounts Payable submissions and generate reports.
- Assist with special event settlements and month-end data entry.
- Help with ticket reconciliations.
- Perform various administrative tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Data Analysis.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and Smartsheet.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and time management abilities.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Compensation: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.
- This is a paid, part-time position. We do not provide work visa sponsorship.
