    About the role#

    The Accounting & Finance Rotation Program internship is a full-time, three-month summer commitment. It offers undergraduate students a preview of our two-year Accounting & Finance Rotational Program. You will work within our Controllership and Finance departments to build technical and leadership skills. This program serves as a pipeline for future opportunities within the company.

    What you'll do#

    • Participate in operational or transactional accounting and financial reporting tasks.
    • Support various segments including Corporate, Disney Entertainment, or Disney Experiences.
    • Set goals for your experience to develop professional skills in audit, compliance, or finance.
    • Build technical expertise through hands-on work in your assigned department.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in an accredited college or university.
    • Academic proficiency and strong quantitative skills.
    • Advanced written and oral communication skills.
    • Previous business experience through internships or part-time work.
    • A desire to become a licensed CPA.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to work full-time hours for the duration of the summer.

    Location & details#

    • This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
    • Locations include Glendale, California and Celebration, Florida.
    • The role is on-site with some hybrid flexibility.
    • Candidates must provide their own housing and transportation.
    • Majors in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics are preferred.
