About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Oklahoma City for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site to assist our accounting department with daily operations and gain experience in a corporate setting. Interns participate in mentorship, performance feedback, and networking events throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Support the accounting team with day-to-day functions.
- Learn to use SAP and other internal software platforms.
- Prepare basic journal entries for monthly closes, regular account reviews, and accruals.
- Assist with month-end close duties to ensure accuracy.
- Create, update, and distribute financial reports and workpapers.
- Learn the structure and purpose of our various company entities.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a four-year university program as a sophomore or higher.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A minimum GPA of 3.25.
- Completion of Accounting I and II coursework.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Past internship experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks involving prolonged sitting and manual operation of a computer and calculator.
